Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with every Pawmory order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day right of return

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) required by Swedish law.

Condition of returned items

Because our toys and snuffle mats are used by pets, we can only resell items that are unused. You're welcome to open the package and look at the item, just as you would in a shop. If an item has been used by a dog, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to return an item

Email info@pawmory.se with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of contacting us.

You pay the return shipping cost when returning an item you have changed your mind about. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard shipping cost, using the payment method you paid with.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return notice. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that it has been sent back, before refunding.
Starter Kits: if you return only one part of a kit, we refund the kit price minus the regular price of the item you keep.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible – ideally with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) you can complain about faulty goods for up to 3 years after receiving them. Normal wear from chewing and play is not a fault – no dog toy is indestructible.
