1. About us

This online store at pawmory.se is operated by Pawmory, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, Ninni Kronbergs Gata 10, 113 68 Stockholm, Sweden. Email: info@pawmory.se.

These terms apply to all purchases in our store. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Our store is intended for consumers.

2. Orders and contract

After you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we send that confirmation. Please check that the details are correct and contact us immediately if something is wrong. We may cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or if an item turns out to be unavailable; if so, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

4. Delivery

We ship within Sweden. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we'll let you know. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them, which is longer than the 14 days required by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Complaints and warranty

You may complain about faulty goods in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), for up to 3 years from delivery. Contact us as soon as you notice a fault. See our Refund Policy for how we handle faulty or damaged items.

7. Product use and safety

Our products are pet toys and are not intended for children. Always supervise your dog during play and remove a toy or mat if it becomes damaged or parts come loose. Choose products suited to your dog's size and chewing habits. Normal wear and tear from chewing and play is not a fault.

8. Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Small differences in colour, size or appearance may occur.

9. Personal data

We handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or losses caused by incorrect use of our products, or by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions at carriers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.

11. Disputes

If you're not satisfied, please contact us first – we want to solve it together. If we can't agree, you can refer the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. We will follow ARN's recommendations. Swedish law applies to these terms, and disputes are settled by a Swedish general court.
